Another quiz! What historical figure are you?

You are Catherine the Great.

You are very intelligent and a socialist. It is very important to you that all people be treated equally in a society. You are able to fully comprehend social problems and you are outspoken when it comes to dealing with them.

Take this quiz at QuizGalaxy.com

Check it out and let me know what you come up with. I thought the possible answers were kind of extreme, but maybe that is because I have this apparent socialist tendency! Perhaps you will think overthrowing a sugar refinery to get more sugar to make a cake is a perfectly acceptable answer!

Also? I didn't know Catherine the Great was a socialist. I thought she was some kind of monarch. I only remember something about horses...no, I'm not going there. Note to self: Research Catherine the Great.

I was Amelia Earhart...Adventurous and boundary breaking. You believe that you can do anything, and do not hesitate to take risks to achieve a big goal. You like to problem solve, when a problem comes up.
Well I'm having plenty of problem solving practice at the moment..LOL

Great, I always liked Amelia Earhart! Just saw a program about her on television recently.

I definitely think it fits you!

I was Amelia too! But only because I lied. If I told the truth I'd probably be ... Joan of Arc. No, she wasn't a wimp. Wimpy women don't get to be famous, do they?

Oh crumbs, when I told the truth I was George Orwell. "Paranoid and Cynical. You are able to understand society and the human psyche quickly and easily. You are depressed a lot of the time, because you are clever enough to see what is really going on in the world."
No, I think I'll settle for Amelia!

A friend of mine did this quiz and came out as Cleopatra! I'm actually surprised I didn't come out as Orwell. Guess I'm not as cynical as I think I am.

I did some research on Catherine the Great and found out the horse thing was NOT true. However, I didn't get very far in her biography because I kind of dozed off during the description of the complex marriage situation between the various princes and othe royalty that led to her marriage to her husband which apparently was not happy. I never did get to her philosophy of governing. I did find out she was into the "Enlightenment" and was considered benevolent as a monarch.

Evil Spock was Cleopatra.

Beautiful and Charming. You are able to persuade anyone to do anything you would like, because of your hotness and charisma. You are an expert in gaining power over anyone you choose.

Why wasn't I a dude?!?

LOL, good question, but don't take it personally. It can be taken on a symbolic level, I'm sure! And charisma can apply to either gender!

Move over Mimi, I'm Cathie the Great too! On the dude thing, having read the above comments, Orwell is definitely closer to the real me, but I it woud be acceptable as a cross with Great Kate. I certainly wouldn't have dug coming out as Cleo. Is Michelangelo in there? Or Monet, maybe? How about Ringo Starr? Tee-hee!
