New Post on Medicana: Prostate Cancer

A very good friend of ours was just diagnosed with prostate cancer through a routine PSA test. Luckily, it is at an early stage, and his prognosis is excellent.

As a result of his diagnosis, and that of another very good friend about three years ago (he's doing fine), I decided to do my next post for Medicana on prostate cancer, for those who want to know more about this very common cancer in men. So go check it out - and men, don't forget to get your PSA tests!

Glad you are keeping track of it. Some folks just go into denial and refuse to get tested.

Great reminder for us to make sure our husbands have the test. I had breast cancer three years ago this February so I am very sensitive to the disease.

thanks,
